A local laundromat business found their outdated software increasingly unable to keep up with their growing operations. Faced with the need for a more flexible and efficient system, they partnered with our team at Modall to develop High Clean Pro, a custom laundromat management software tailored to their dynamic business needs.

Prior to adopting High Clean Pro, the business was hindered by outdated and rigid software that failed to accommodate their growth. They required a customized solution with specific features to replace their legacy system and better support their evolving operational needs.

Print Invoices and Tags Instantly
High Clean Pro enables the business to print invoices and order tags directly from their browser, seamlessly connecting to their thermal printers. This automation simplifies workflows, reduces errors, and saves valuable time.
Payment Tracking
The software offers robust payment tracking capabilities, allowing users to monitor transactions accurately, manage finances efficiently, and maintain precise financial records.
Multi-Level Permissions
With multi-level permissions, users can tailor access for each staff member. Owners retain full control, while employees handle daily tasks securely, ensuring both operational efficiency and data security.
Advanced Order Processing Capabilities
Given the diverse range of services offered by the business, we developed a robust and flexible solution to effectively manage its extensive service options and variations. The software features an advanced system designed to help laundromat employees efficiently manage and process orders. When an order is created, the system guides employees through a streamlined workflow customized to the specific requirements of each service, all of which are configured by the business.
Employees start by selecting the required service, such as Dry Cleaning, Laundry, or Pressing. Next, they choose the article type, such as a Blazer, Coat, or Dress, followed by the material and quantity. This structured process is designed to handle the wide variety of options in the laundry business, ensuring every detail is recorded accurately and efficiently.
The system’s advanced and flexible features allow their team to easily set and adjust pricing. Whether introducing seasonal rates or offering special discounts, High Clean Pro provides the adaptability needed to align with market demands and support business strategies.
Centralized Management System for Streamlined Daily Operations
The software we developed integrates every aspect of the business's operations into a unified system. For example, when an order is created, the software automatically generates a dedicated order page that consolidates all essential details. If the customer is new, the system creates a new profile for them; if they’re an existing customer, it updates their profile with the new order details. This ensures that all interactions and transactions are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
The system ensures seamless data flow between all modules of the software. Updates to order statuses, customer profiles, payment details, or invoice generation are reflected across the platform in real-time. This integrated approach enhances usability while giving business owners complete visibility into their operations.
Real-Time Analytics for Business Performance and Growth
High Clean Pro automatically updates analytics as orders are processed, ensuring the business always has accurate, real-time information to make better and more informed decisions. There are two distinct analytics dashboards: one for orders and another for financial transactions.
Order Analytics
The software includes a simple and powerful analytics dashboard that tracks key metrics like monthly orders, total order value, Average Order Value (AOV), and the highest order values. Businesses can easily see their performance, spot trends, and export data as CSV files for more in-depth analysis.
The software provides detailed revenue breakdowns, allowing the business to identify their most profitable services, products, and materials. These insights help refine offerings, optimize inventory, and adjust pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Transactional Analytics
High Clean Pro includes a dedicated analytics dashboard for transactions, providing detailed insights and reports to help businesses better understand their financial operations.
A payment method breakdown categorizes payments by credit card, debit, cash, and store credits, offering a clear view of revenue sources. Each transaction is presented in a detailed transaction table, which includes essential information such as the Order ID, Customer ID, payment amount, payment method, and date. This organized structure ensures that tracking and managing transactions is simple and efficient.
