This system saves valuable time by providing a comprehensive view of online engagement and customer feedback from every location across North America.

Using the Google Business Profile API to Centralize Reviews

To bring all the reviews together, we connected the system with the Google Business Profile API. This integration lets PizzaForno’s team:

  • View all reviews in one place: Access reviews from every location without switching platforms.

  • Respond directly from the dashboard: Manage and reply to reviews easily.

  • Improve review management: Use additional features to keep track of all reviews effectively.

Integrating ChatGPT to Create a Powerful AI-Response Tool

One of the standout features of our system is the AI-powered response tool. This tool changes the way PizzaForno handles customer reviews by offering two simple ways to reply:

  • Manual replies: Team members can type personalized responses directly within the dashboard.

  • AI auto-responses: With a single click, the AI generates tailored responses based on the specific review.

Powered by the OpenAI API, our custom AI assistant ensures that all responses align with PizzaForno’s brand voice and guidelines. This feature helps boost employee efficiency and improves customer support by significantly reducing response times.

When a team member selects a review, a message box appears, offering the choice to type a reply or generate an AI-crafted response. The integration of AI technology ensures that every customer interaction is handled promptly and professionally.

Data-Driven Insights with our Google Review Analytics Dashboard

Understanding review trends and campaign effectiveness is important to PizzaForno's business. Our system includes a Google Review Analytics Dashboard that provides valuable insights through:

  • Trend visualization: Identify patterns and shifts in customer feedback over time.

  • Campaign tracking: Measure the impact of marketing efforts on review quality and quantity.

  • Detailed insights: Gain a deeper understanding by sorting reviews by location, time, ratings, and more.

By aggregating data from all PizzaForno locations via the Business Profile API, the analytics dashboard offers a modern, user-friendly interface for easy analysis. This provides the team with the information needed to make smarter, more informed decisions.
